SUBSTRATES AND PRE-TREATMENT
Applied to the following substrates after the appropriate cleaning and conversion coating.

· Zinc surfaces(galvanized steel, zinc alloy) : Chromatation or zinc phosphatation
· Aluminum alloys : Chromatation
STORAGE
· Should be stored under dry conditions with good ventilation at a temperature not exceeding 30 C.
· Storage period recommended should not exceed 6 months, in case exceeding 6 months without affecting their free flowing properties, the powder will still have optimal characteristics.
· Should be protected from excessive heat, humidity, water and contamination with foreign materials such as powder, dust, dirt, etc.
· Any leftover powder should be kept in an appropriate area that is cool and dry. Do not expose to the air too long as the powder properties may deteriorate with the moisture.

Introductions
TGIC ( Triglycidyl Isocyanurte ) is an isocyanuate based crystalline polyepoxide compound. Its molecular weight is 297(CAS No.2451-62-9). It has good heat resistance, weather resistance, adhesion and high temperature stability.
Feature
1, Used as cross-linked hardener for pure polyester powder coatings. The usage is about 7-9% of the polyester weight (depending on acid value);
2, Used as cross-linked hardener for carboxyl-contained acrylic resins. The usage is about 7% of resin weight (depending on acid value);
3, Used to produce high performance electrical insulating materials, self-extinguishing polymer materials (as stabilizer of fire-retardant), modified epoxy resins, high effect adhesives, stabilizer for plastic materials, etc.

Matt Hardener For TGIC Powder Coatings To Provide Low Gloss of 15%
Description
HF3209 is a low wax containing- matting agent used mainly in PES/TGIC exterior durable powder coating to provide low gloss of 15%. It features excellent color stability and flow, especially, application in black or dark shades of powders.

Application

Mixed together with all of other components in a high-speed mixer, and afterwards extruded in a Kneader.
Handing & Precaution. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing dust. Wash after handling.

HF3209 complies with TSCA (USA), DSL/NDSL (Canada) and IECSC (China).
Storage
Store in temperature between 2 and 30℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package .closed after using. Keep away from fire.
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at least 3 years.

APPLICATION SCHEDULE

Excessively thin or thick films will not give a satisfactory finish.
