Triglycidyl Isocyanurate (Electronic Grade)
TGIC (Triglycidyl Isocyanurate) is an isocyanurate based crystalline polyepoxide compound. Its molecular weight is 297(CAS No.2451-62-9). It has good heat resistance, weather resistance, adhesion and high temperature stability.
1. Used as cross-linked hardener for carboxyl-terminated Polyacrylate (PA). The usage is about 7% of the resin weight (depending on acid value);
2. Applied in producing high performance electrical insulating material as the cross-linked hardener for PCB inks.

Excellent Smooth Glossy And Good Flowout Finishes Matt Hardener Used For Epoxy Polyester Powder Coatings
It is a thermosetting powder coating based on epoxy polyester resin with excellent smooth glossy and good flowout finishes. Its outstanding overbake yellowing resistance and mechanical properties make it a wide range of indoor applications,e.g.domestic appliances, home and office furniture,light fixtures, shelvings, machinery, ceiling panels, switchboards etc. Texture finish is also available.
The raw materials of Powder coating are resins, pigments, fillers, harderner ect. Compared with lyquid paint, powder coating is environmental friendly and can reduce costs. Powder coating can form a harder finish than conventional paint and can be applied more efficient. While it also has disadvantages, it is not good for large amd heat-sensitive objects. Usually the thickness of film by powder coating is >30 μm.

Matt Hardener / Leveling Agent Used In Pure Epoxy, Hybrid, Pure Polyester (TGIC/HAA), Polyurethane Systems
Leveling Agent LA-98 is a polyacrylate with silica carrier. It can be applied to all kinds of thermoplastic and thermosetting powder coatings.
1) LA98 is a general purpose levelling agent. It can be used in pure epoxy, hybrid, pure polyester (TGIC/HAA), polyurethane systems and other kinds of thermosetting powder coating systems.
2) LA98 can eliminate the fish-eye and crater phenomena, reduce the coating surface tension efficiently, and increase the film gloss.
3) LA98 can improve the wetting of substrate, and decrease the orange peel.
4) LA98 doesn’t contain any silicone component. It won’t affect the recoating adhesiveness.
5) The recommended dosage is 0.8～1.2% of the total weight. LA98 does not contain any accelerating wet agent. The user can adjust the formulations according to the real instance.

Matt Hardener Matting Agent Used For Hybrid And Polyester Powder Coating System
we can offer hybrid, pure polyester resin and other types of metal effect powder coating, which is for indoor or outdoor. These types of powder coating have special luxury decorating effect, widely used on top grade metalwork.
7-10 square meters per kilograms at the film thickness of 80 micron.(calculated at 100% powder usage )

Store below 25°C in dry, venting, clean indoor, keep away from fire, heating, and with coverage. The powder can be stored stably for 12 months. When exceeding 12 months, it must be tested before use.
The specific data are tested in a certain condition and represent the classic characteristics of this product.
|Remarks :||1. All above tests are carried out on 0.8mm steel panel with the film thickness of 60-80 microns.

Matting Agent as Matting Hardener Used For TGIC Powder Coatings
MATTING AGENT TC-70 is a matting hardener with TGIC as co-reactant, which can provide low-gloss of ca.10% (60°), good impact and exceptional flow properties for exterior durable PES/TGIC powder coatings. It may also be used in both epoxy and epoxy/polyester hybrid powder coating with low-gloss finish.

Matting agent for Polyester/TGIC powder coatings
1, It Can provides low gloss of ca.10% (60°), exceptional flow and good mechanical properties such as direct impact for PES/TGIC based exterior durable powder coatings.
2, Curing @ 200℃(metal temperature) are required for both better flow and impact properties.
Use method & levels
1, TC-70 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
2, The use level is 1-5% by total weight of formulation, depends on the gloss required.
3, Ca. 1.1-1.2 parts of TGIC per weight part of TC-70 based on their chemical equivalent weights. Varying their total concentrations of in the formulation can control different gloss levels of coating when both ratios were retained at above fixedness.
Package & Storage
1, Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
2, Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place. Keep away from heat and fire.
3, Based on our experience the shelf life of TC-70 under above conditions is at least 2 years.
● When formulating TC-70, the gloss of coating will be determined by its concentration and the selected polyester resins. It is important to select matched resins.
● The powder coating formulated by TC-70 have a bit yellowing tendency and poor wet-thermal resistance.

Excessively thin or thick films will not give a satisfactory finish.

Matt Hardener HF3329 For PES/TGIC Powder Coating Which is Equivalent To Vantico DT3329
HF3329 is a modified polyethylene wax based Matting Agent for outdoor durable Polyester/TGIC powder coating, epoxy, epoxy/Polyester hybrid and PU etc. This novel matting agent is developed specially by us for providing above coating with low gloss and smooth matte finishes.
(1)Can reduce the gloss of PES/TGIC powder coating to 30 %(60) without significantly damaging to the weather-resistance ,flow and mechanical properties. The moderate gloss coatings usually are application to lighting fixture, appliances, air conditioner and office partitions and automobile parts.
(2)Be enable to use in other coating systems such as pure epoxy and epoxy/polyester hybrid to provide these systems with semi-gloss, smooth appearance and good non-yellowing properties.
(3)This product belongs to adding type-matting agent without taking part in chemical reactions; thus the special design for coating formulation is unnecessary. You are only selective for adding it at the premix stage of powder coatings. Varying its added amount or selecting proper filler can adjust the gloss levels of the resultant coating, but the variable ranges usually are limited.
(4)May be as a modifier to improving coating surface hardness and anti-mar properties when desired at less than 1.0% based on total formulation.
