1, In rubber , it can reduce the amount of expensive natural rubber, increase its volume , reduce costs, After adding calcium carbonate then can be obtain higher strength tensile ,tear strength and abrasion resistance than the pure Rubber vulcanizate

 

2, In chemical manufacturing materials, it is heat-proof, chemical corrosion-proof, cold-proof, noise, shockproof and easy to process. Therefore it can be used to make doors, dry motor ,ceilings, wallboard, Plumbing irrigation,handrail of stairs, floor board and electric wire, etc.

In painting, coating ,it is as the filling and as the framework, Latex paint more than 30% amount are used in thick paint ,26%-60% amount are used in water-based pain , It is not easy to make the coating deposition, easily dispersed ,good gloss

Characteristic

 

YD562 is an organic nitrogen chelate, which can enhance the corrosion resistance of the passivation film formed in the anode area, prevent metal oxidation and corrosion, and significantly enhance the salt spray coefficient. It does not contain electrolytes, slightly soluble in water, but also suitable for water-based paint, does not affect the stability of paint. Long term practice shows that YD562 is a kind of high efficiency corrosion inhibitor.

 

Application

 

1, Used for Solvent and water based coating.

 

2, Suggestion: Dosage 0.5-1.0%. Add before grinding, the grinding system temperature should be less than 70℃. If with the common anti rust pigment which can achieve the best protective effect. Due to different formulations and conditions, it is recommended that test first to determine the best dosage.

 

Storage

 

YD562 should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight, away from the heat source, in the case of the seal can be saved for 18 months, beyond the period should test the stability of the product.
